Retail Leadership
abercrombie kids, Natick MA
Key Lead, promoted from Brand Representative at Abercrombie & Fitch in February 2026. Supporting a store doing over $1M in YTD sales, leading a team of over 30 Brand Representatives, and making real-time merchandising decisions every shift.
Operations and Analytics
Reading the business in real time
I use sales, traffic, conversion, UPT, and ATV performance data through Power BI to identify business trends and adjust daily priorities across the floor and stockroom. I track SKU and category performance across key departments including denim, fleece, sweatshirts, and knits to inform replenishment and merchandising priorities.
On-shelf availability stays between 98 and 99 percent through consistent RFID replenishment monitoring. I identify recurring size and product availability gaps that may be limiting sales and bring those observations to management. I execute opening and closing procedures including end-of-day deposits and daily sales reporting.
Leadership
Managing a team of over 30
As Key Lead, I manage a team of over 30 Brand Representatives, zoning associates across the sales floor and stockroom based on traffic, peak business periods, and operational priorities. I set individual performance goals, coach on product knowledge and selling behaviors, and follow up on individual performance throughout every shift.
The goal is always to create a floor environment where the team feels supported and the customer feels it the moment they walk in. That kind of environment gets built through the people you take time to invest in, one shift at a time.
Visual Merchandising
Every fixture is a creative brief
I partner with management on floor sets, promotional changes, and product launches, making in-store adjustments in response to sell-through and customer demand. Product placement, folding standards, table layouts. Every detail is a reflection of the brand standard.
Community
What retail taught me about people
Working on the salesfloor has been one of the most formative experiences of my life, and not just professionally. Leading a team of over 30 people, day in and day out, has taught me so much about my own strengths and where I still have room to grow. I have learned how to ask for help, how to lean on the people around me for support and guidance, and how to give that same energy back.
Through retail, I have come to understand how important it is to build a workplace where everyone genuinely feels like they belong. An inclusive, collaborative environment does not just make people feel good. It makes the whole team perform better, and the customer experience reflects it. That belief shapes everything about how I lead.
Fashion
Beyond the hanger
Working in fashion retail deepened my appreciation for clothing beyond the surface level. I became genuinely curious about fabric quality, construction, and what makes a piece feel as good as it looks. These are some of my favorite looks, a reflection of a personal style shaped by that curiosity.
